I offer individual, family, and group therapy to teens and adults that integrates experiential therapies (EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, somatics) within an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework to support those struggling to connect and build meaningful lives while facing challenges such as trauma, loss, and changes in relationships, career, or health, and big issues like climate change, social inequity, and human supremacy. I also provide clinical supervision. I have been in mental health for over a decade, been licensed to provide mental health services since 2012, and have been privileged to work with individuals from 6 weeks through adulthood, and their families, teachers, and others in their lives in a variety of settings including schools, community mental health/non-profits, inpatient psychiatric settings, and child welfare. Additionally, I have training and experience specific to working with queer and trans individuals and experience in climate psychology.
