Hi! I am trained as a clinical social worker and have been integrating KAP into my practice for the past 2+ years. I use an integrative and eclectic approach, matching to where you are in the moment and working with you to find a path through, and then forward. You are the expert in your own experience and my aim is to help you open the door for your own "inner healer" to emerge. My goal is not that you will always leave a session feeling better, (that is a bonus!) but that you will leave feeling welcomed, supported and with a renewed sense of hope and direction.
