My clients are typically “high achievers,” parentified children or people pleasers who seek to know themselves more deeply. Our work together offers a space to bring into more conscious awareness, unacknowledged pain, longings and barriers to substantive nourishment of self. I am a queer psychotherapist trained in psychodynamic relationally-oriented psychotherapy. I have been in practice for 15 years, working with a wide variety of clients and clinicians. I live with chronic illness and work with many individuals and groups who live with chronic illness, disability and "deviant" bodies. Areas of specialization include: disordered eating, chronic pain and chronic illness, trans/non-binary experiences, life transitions, therapy for therapists, attachment trauma, anxiety/depression and complex PTSD. I am the clinical co-director at The Kintsugi Therapist Collective, a community for therapists and aligned care workers dedicated to building embodied and liberatory practices of care.
