I love finding new ways to help people. I have a specialty in neurofeedback therapy, but I love to integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness activities, and dialectical behavioral therapy into my practice. I think ketamine treatment is another way that can help people step outside themselves and see things more objectively. My goal is to help people through their journey and focus on thriving not just surviving. I will offer a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental atmosphere to help people work through their fears and see that there is a life that can be joyful and fulfilling for them.
