Hi! I am Dr. Barbara Maulding, Anxiety and Trauma therapist (LCPC). I have a Ph.D in Counselor Education and Supervision. I help people suffering from anxiety and trauma. Do you feel like every spare bit of your attention is spent trying to put out fires in your head? Are you unable to focus at work or home because of rumination and worry? Are you tired of fighting every day to be able to function? If this sounds familiar to you, I can help. With several years of treating anxiety and trauma, I’m confident that I can help you begin to calm those feelings and learn what to do when they arise. During our sessions, I’ll be fully there for you, listening with a calm, warm, and non-judgmental demeanor. I welcome clients to show up as they are, because honesty is the best place to start. I will be here for you while you heal.
