About Brittany

I am a dedicated therapist with over eleven years experience in helping women on their journey towards mental and emotional wellness. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a feminist and relational style that aims to individualize your treatment to your specific needs. I often use a variety of evidence-based practices to help you reach your therapy goals and honor your autonomy, wisdom and self trust. I specialize in working with women who are grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and past trauma. As a neurodivergent person, I am also passionate about supporting women with ADHD and late-diagnosed autism. I also really enjoy helping clients cultivate a positive body image and overcome disordered eating, especially binge eating disorder. In person services coming end of the year. Discounted KAP packages available.
