About Brooke
My objective is to empower people to find answers within themselves. Sometimes this is most accessible by relating to another person one on one, sometimes it is best achieved by having transformative experiences in group settings, and sometimes through the medium of art and music. Each individual and the story of their lives calls for different modes of connection and development in the process of achieving integration and wholeness. My practice is always client centered and can include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, CBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and traditional talk therapy.
