Brooke has worked in the mental health field since 2012. As a therapist, she will work with you to find empowerment and build a life worth living. Brooke takes a strengths-based approach to support you in finding your own inner wisdom. She uses an eclectic approach to tailor therapy to your individual needs and your personal goals. Brooke has extensive training and experience working with folks to find their own path to recovery from trauma and dissociation, body image and disordered eating, and substance use. Brooke is an advocate for compassionate care that is rooted in harm reduction and Health at Every Size. She often uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), interventions based in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy (also known as parts-work), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and incorporates somatic (body-based) interventions.
