Welcome, I am a licensed marriage family therapist utilizing KAP in the hopes of supporting you in your desire for a more enriching and authentic life. I utilize a blend of therapeutic models, with a focus on EMDR trauma treatment (particularly Super Resourcing), Internal Family Systems, Somatic and Attachment-based principles, and Mindfulness practices.
