Claire's interest in psychotherapy began during her volunteer work at hospitals, where she provided support to individuals and families through challenging times. These experiences highlighted for her the profound impact of simply offering a space for people to feel seen, heard, and validated. Claire has an extensive background working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Additionally, she has acquired specialized training in substance use disorders, addiction recovery, and the management of chronic pain and illnesses through Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a therapeutic technique that aims to alleviate symptoms by addressing their mind-body roots. Her approach combines professional skill with deep compassion, tailored to meet the needs of each client. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California.
