In my practice, I focus on the integration of EMDR therapy, brainspotting, structural dissociation theory (parts work), and relational psychotherapy. I am also a practitioner of sound healing, in which can be blended into the therapeutic space. I firmly believe that it is essential to engage in ongoing training in order to be an effective therapist. My previous clinical experiences include pediatric autism research, adult psychiatric inpatient treatment, mental health triage in emergency medicine, and community mental health. Additional clinical interests include complex trauma, depression, attachment issues, anxiety, and personality disorders.
