From what I’ve seen in my years of experience, I can confidently say that having a non-judgmental, therapeutic space to explore your life can immensely improve the way we deal with ourselves and others. I started my own practice, because I love that I get to be a part of that process with my clients as we work toward and achieve your goals. I have worked mostly with adults struggling with depression and anxiety from an array of backgrounds, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. I am a compassionate, empathetic, analytical, and knowledgeable therapist ready to work alongside you.
