After over 15 years as a therapist, I strive to bring my transpersonal/contemplative approach to people feeling lost, disconnected, or anxious in the world. In session we will use a combination of talk therapy, KAP, and creative arts therapy so you can fell grounded and more confident in who you are and the direction you want to take in life. I trained at Naropa University and combined Buddhist principles, Eastern Wisdom, and Western Psychology into the way I work with every client I meet. We will find the balance of approaches that work best for you and find a way to make the changes you want to make in your life.
