I utilize a psychodynamic and humanistic approach to treatment including a Bio-psycho-social-spiritual concept bringing together the body, mind, spirit, and environmental considerations when working with a client's symptoms. I take a collaborative approach with clients to create a treatment plan tailored to meet their identified goals.
