Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Illinois. I am also licensed in Oregon, Texas, Minnesota, and Georgia. I received my master's degree from Purdue University and have been practicing for 12 years. I am currently in my last year of my doctoral program. I help individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I am a certified EMDR and trauma clinician. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Having worked with many clients from different backgrounds for the past 12 years, I've noticed that Motivational interviewing and Strengthen Based Approach is very helpful and effective.
