Hello! Welcome to my profile page. I'm excited to be here learning from all of you. I have found psychedelics and plant medicines invaluable in my own healing journey and am passionate about sharing these experiences with clients. I love creating ceremony and motivating others. I'm a holistic clinician walking between the professional world of psychology and the holistic realms of energy work. I have a deep appreciation of working with trauma, and have made that a specialty. I also work with the coping skills people adapt to manage trauma: eating disorders and addictions. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and weight inclusive. I welcome clients of all backgrounds. I'm also EMDR certified. For those who are open, I bring in holistic practices (mindfulness, breathwork, inner child and shadow work) and spirituality. In addition to being a licensed psychologist, I am certified in Shamanic Integrated Breathwork, Past Life Regression and Reiki I and II.
