I take a psychodynamic approach exploring how your experiences, relationships and environment have formed your sense of self, while recognizing old thought patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you. I also utilize somatic techniques to discharge trauma and anxiety stored in the nervous system allowing you to increase your ability to feel joy, freedom, and a greater range of positive emotions.
