I have a Masters in Expressive Therapy from Lesley University. I'm a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC, certified through 12/31/25). I've been practicing professionally since 2014. My practice incorporates multiple expressive/creative modalities (music/soundwork, art, drama, movement, writing) as well as other modalities including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, IFS, and mindfulness. For insurance, besides BCBS, Optum/UHC/Oxford, I also accept Tufts Commercial and Tufts MassHealth Connector plans, as well as Beacon insurances.
