I am an expressive arts psychotherapist with a dance/movement therapy specialty. I was inspired to enter this field while I was working as an interfaith minister teaching reiki, yoga, expressive dance, and meditation. My work is eclectic and holistic as I draw from a variety of methods and orientations. I am a licensed mental health counselor, licensed alcohol and drug counselor, and licensed creative arts therapist. I have additional training in Brainspotting and I am a current PhD student studying human development with an interest in how the Discipline of Authentic Movement (a mystical, relational movement practice) might impact adult attachment. I grew up in Long Island, NY and I now live in the Berkshires, MA. I believe healing is supported by a mind, body, and spirit integration.
