Welcome to a path of potential growth! My goal is to provide space and opportunities for engagement in nonjudgmental awareness and skill-building while practicing empathy, compassion, and perspective-taking. I obtained my Bachelor's degree from SUNY New Paltz, focusing on Psychology and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. After graduating, I moved to Texas to serve in an AmeriCorps program before attending the University of Houston, where I earned a Master of Social Work. In 2023, while working at a Ketamine infusion clinic, I obtained my independent clinical social work license to start my private therapy practice. Whether your struggle surrounds a significant life shift, trauma, generalized anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, chronic illness, or grief, I believe the power of a growth mindset puts us in a position where change is possible. My work with KAP has shown me how deep and vast the brain's neural network can be and that new connections are possible.
