The qualities of a healthy therapeutic relationship include mutual trust, mutual respect, shared decision making and goal setting. As a therapist, I work with my clients to maintain a relationship that is caring, safe, positive and professional. I seek to meet my clients exactly where they are and to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and held with compassion and empathy. After spending years in therapy, I found true healing through Brainspotting, meditation, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, tuning into the wisdom of the body to release the bonds of trauma. Every person has the capacity to heal and to find their authentic, creative, and compassionate self. I work with individuals and couples using trauma- informed therapies including MBCT, RLT, Narrative, psychodynamic, and Brainspotting.
