We often seek out therapy in the harder moments of life—emerging from anything from challenging personal relationships and life transitions to systemic oppression. I view my work as a therapist as an opportunity to enter these places with my clients—finding beauty in the shadows and guiding them back to remembering their inherent wholeness. I’m grateful to have a career that allows me to be authentically myself and to use genuine expression in order to connect others to ease and authenticity in their own lives. My approach to treatment is relational, cultural, and trauma-informed, allowing us to explore the past while staying grounded in the present. I approach each session with compassion, humor, and holism—mixing traditional therapy with a mind-body approach, creating space for all parts of the self to emerge. I feel deeply lucky and honored to witness and facilitate healing and growth as my clients access more peace, ease, joy and freedom in their lives.
