I identify as a Therapist, Advocate, Music Lover and Spiritual Seeker. I work with clients on managing day to day stressors, understanding early attachments and generational patterning, bringing to light subconscious conflicts, and rewriting the narratives of their lives. I believe that we cannot treat the mind without addressing the body and pull from Polyvagal Theory and Yogic Philosophy to guide meditation, deep breathing, and somatic processing.
