I offer an approach to therapy that is calm, inquisitive, and trauma informed. My priority in each session is to provide a space that evokes a strong sense of safety and emotional attunement so that my clients know that they are seen, heard, and in capable and trusting care. My training is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, and Janina Fisher's TIST Model (Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment). I utilize the connection between the mind and the body as I believe the body is an integral, yet often neglected, part of the healing process. I specialize in trauma, dissociation, anxiety, and complex PTSD.
