I work with individuals seeking to overcome childhood trauma, depression, or anxiety to relieve stress, improve self-esteem, enhance relationships, and build confidence in their lives. In my private practice I utilize mindfulness/ACT to develop awareness of difficult thoughts, feelings and beliefs and begin to detach from them with compassion. I use Internal Family Systems to resolve inner tensions and conflicts and release long-held pain or grief, and EMDR helpful to gently and safely process overwhelming memories. KAP is a wonderful way to enhance any or all of these modalities. I also accept Providence and Moda (soon) insurance.
