I enjoy working in the realms of personal growth and transformation, and hold gentle space for clients to connect with their own inner healing intelligence and weave connective pathways between mind, body, and spirit. My areas of emphasis are anxiety, complex trauma and PTSD, grief, end-of life transition, depression, and integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness. I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology, and have training in a wide variety of modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, and Ecotherapy. The work I do addresses the whole person, weaves somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, and incorporates creative practices that align with each client’s core values. I work from a trauma informed lens and draw from somatic, humanistic, depth and transpersonal models of psychology.
