I have specialized training in ontology, transformational learning, and coaching. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy, mindfulness, and coaching techniques, I create a supportive environment for clients to address their issues and break free from unhealthy patterns hindering their progress. Through our work together, my clients experience increased self-confidence, decreased stress and anxiety, improved management of emotional triggers, enhanced communication skills, and foster healthy relationships.
