I have over 15 years of clinical experience and utilize a variety of psychotherapy techniques (CBT, play therapy, strengths-based, psychodynamic, ACT, schema, compassion-focused) and include integrative strategies such as sensory regulation and yoga, somatic experiencing, culinary and nutrition, herbs and supplements, ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP), neurofeedback, and photobiomodulation. Secondarily, I designed a systemic preventive model for mental wellness using integrative practices and research to decrease mental health risks and close the identified gaps within 5-Elements, called Mind the Class. With this model, we can start to reverse the number of people impacted by severe and chronic mental illness.
