I graduated from Boston University School of Social Work in 1991, practiced medical social work, primarily in end of life care through hospice for over 25 years while also building my private practice. I have been in private practice since 2012, specializing in aging, adjustment to health challenges, bereavement, terminal illness, along with treating alcohol use disorder, depression and anxiety. I am a cis-gendered lesbian happily partnered for almost 30 years. I enjoy kayaking, riding my e-bike, and writing and reading creative non-fiction. I am grateful to live in a supportive community in Western Massachusetts.
