I am an action-orientated, genuine and non-judgmental therapist who believes in working collaboratively with my clients. Everyone is unique, and I used tailored techniques from modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI, and I practice a strengths-based approach. My goal is to help clients understand what is getting in the way of living a more fulfilling life. We work together on developing solutions, and test-and-learn through our journey to see what works for them. I have been in the field for 20 years and have work with adolescents and adults with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar and eating disorders.
