Becca sees the counseling relationship as collaborative and in cultivating a meaningful relationship with her clients. Through techniques such as mindfulness, compassionate confrontation, and emotional regulation, she aims to empower her clients to cultivate a sense of self-awareness, self-compassion and self-respect that will continue to serve them in life outside of the therapy room. In addition to therapy, Becca is also a yoga teacher and incorporates aspects of this knowledge into her practice. Specialties include current and historic trauma processing, anxiety or depression management, grief processing, and adjustment to transitions, as well as many other services.
