Rhea Spina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Reiki Master, Vibrational Sound Therapist. Rhea has experience as a counselor facilitating daily individual and group therapy for those diagnosed with substance use disorder; and has expanded her horizons venturing into the world of private practice and psychedelic assisted therapy. Rhea incorporates complementary and alternative modalities of treatment to support overall awareness and wellbeing. She brings a conscious attention to our soul based self by means of Reiki, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Drum Circles and Psychoeducation. Rhea serves as a counselor working with Veterans and First Responders, FDNY, NYPD etc. Unconditional, non-judgmental, genuine and whole hearted person centered strength based approach is her focus. With trust, dedication and balance, Rhea’s hopes are to empower individuals on their journey towards self-actualization. In my private practice I accept out of network benefits.
