I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 20 years. I see adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I practice from a psychodynamic/analytic perspective and take a relational approach in working with my patients. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important catalyst for change. I have an easy going/genuine demeanor and it is a sincere honor and privilege to get to hold the sacred space for others on their journey of transformation, healing, and growth.
