As a trauma therapist with over two decades in the field or social work, my ultimate goal is to help clients heal from past experiences that may be hindering their happiness in their present lives. I specialize in holistic therapy practices incorporating EMDR, somatic healing, spirituality, mindfulness, and meditation to create healing and well-being for the mind, body, and spirit.
