About Simone
I am a bilingual (Sp/Eng) Licensed Clinical Psychologist having obtained my mental health-focused education from Brown University and United States Int'l University. My fellowship was at Thalians, Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. I assist my clients with obtaining relief from the following: PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction and chronic pain. I was Certified in EMDR in 1998. At present, I am Certified in Brainspotting for trauma work as well as positive expansion. My approach is a trauma- and neuroscience-informed integrative one incorporating Mindfulness practices, CBT, ACT, DBT, parts and somatic approaches. I have several books published, had a successful radio show and am grateful every day I am doing what I love.
