When we say trauma, our go to is typically one event that has left us with symptoms of post traumatic stress. However, accumulated life cycle and emotional traumas can have significant impact to our function as well. These are the events that test our resilience and our emotional survival on a daily basis. Over time, it can feel as though “it” has changed us in a way we struggle to articulate. Sometimes we lay awake at night wondering how can we ever get back to normal. Sound familiar? I am here to help. I am a trauma focused therapist, EMDR trained and with specialization in combat and first responder occupational trauma, as well as moral injury. Clients can expect to work closely with myself as they resolve trauma and rebalance their internal systems. There is no trauma too great to reconcile.
