Going beyond traditional talk therapy is what I have found most valuable when working with clients and I have built my practice around learning ways to help client's minds work for them. So often I hear "why can't I, get myself, to start or stop doing xyz?" Most of the clients I work with have been on a healing journey and know things but struggle to feel them and or be able implement and have the desired changes. I work collaboratively in helping clients update the way their minds have been processing information, heal and have a greater understanding in ways which cause change to be more automatic and with ease. Clients will be able to go on a journey in a safe space, with connection and support to heal and move forward life, improving the overall quality and sense of well-being.
