About Teresa

**I am prioritizing in-person (East Bay/SF) or remote (CA) QTBIPOC clients at the moment. Thank you!** I am a queer, second-generation daughter of Chinese immigrants, born and raised in the Bay Area, CA. I work with individuals and couples using psychodynamic, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and holistic approaches. I have experience working with culturally diverse adults across a range of issues including trauma, grief and loss, career and purpose, depression, cultural identity, gender dysmorphia, anxiety, systemic oppression, relationship issues, non-monogamy, and sexuality. I have an affinity for working with first- or second-generation people of color, individuals in interracial relationships, queer folx, artists and creatives, people who struggle with working in the tech, non-profit, healing-oriented, or art industries, and spiritually-inclined individuals.
