I have been working passionately in the mental health field in a variety of settings since 2006. I have been trained in many different therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, and Solution-Focused just to name a few. I am also a Qigong and Breath Empowerment Instructor & will share many ways that you can ground yourself using breathing, your senses, meditation, and gentle body movements. My counseling style is human-centered, supportive, and collaborative. My current and past clients have described me as being genuinely caring, and a great listener. I am passionate about helping you learn how to heal. Creating a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you feel comfortable to explore your thoughts & feelings is of utmost importance to me.
